Watermelon Daiquiri

3 Tbsp. Big Y sugar
3 Tbsp. water
8 cups seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
8 oz. white rum
2 oz. watermelon-flavored liqueur
4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. fresh orange juice
-watermelon wedges, orange peel twists and mint sprigs for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water; cook for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
2. In a blender, combine watermelon, rum, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, orange juice and 3 tablespoons sugar mixture; blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding additional tablespoon of sugar mixture if desired.
3. Serve immediately, garnished with a watermelon wedge, orange peel twists and mint sprigs.
