This Summer Avocado Toast with Traditional Hummus comes together in minutes and refreshes for a great day.

Ingredients
4 slices Multigrain bread sliced thin
1 container Traditional Hummus
1 Avocado sliced
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes halved
1 cup Fire-Roasted Corn
¼ cup Creamy Feta Cheese crumbled
Crushed red pepper flakes for sprinkling
Olive oil to drizzle
Instructions
Slice and toast your multigrain bread.
Spread a generous amount of Traditional Hummus on each slice.
On each slice of bread, top the hummus with avocado slices, tomatoes and corn.
Sprinkle with feta and red pepper flakes.
Drizzle with olive oil.
