Frozen Mojitos
1/3 cup Big Y sugar
1/3 cup water
4 large limes, juiced
12 mint leaves, torn, plus extra leaves or sprigs for garnish
10 oz. white rum, chilled
4 cups ice
4 lime wedges for garnish
DIRECTIONS
2. In a blender, combine ½ cup sugar mixture, lime juice and mint; pulse until well combined. Add rum and ice and pulse until ice is finely crushed and mint is finely chopped.
3. Serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
