Vacation in December

Close your eyes, take a sip of this cocktail, and imagine yourself relaxing on the beach of a tropical island. Even in December, the beautiful combination of pineapple and raspberry flavors make this refreshing drink taste like summer.  If you’re feeling a bit of cabin fever, make yourself one of these cocktails and feel instant bliss.

Ingredients:

1 Part Vodka [we used Graingers Organic Vodka]
1/2 Part Chambord
1/2 Part Pineapple Juice [we used Libby’s]
Raspberry for garnish

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
Strain liquor into the chilled glass.
