Mix It Up! with Table & Vine Sparkling Greyhound Cocktail
This greyhound cocktail is made with fresh grapefruit juice, honey syrup, vodka, and club soda. Give it a pretty sugar rim and serve as a New Year’s Eve cocktail.
Ingredients:
2-½ oz vodka
2-½ oz grapefruit juice
1 tbsp honey syrup
add club soda
garnish
Instructions:
Dip the rim of a rocks glass into grapefruit juice (or rub the squeezed grapefruit half around the rim), then into turbinado sugar. Add ice to the glass.
Pour vodka, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into the prepared glass.
Top with club soda.
