Strawberry Rhubarb Collins

A refreshing and delicious cocktail made with strawberry and rhubarb syrup, gin, and fresh lemon juice

Ingredients:
Gin
Lemon Juice
Rhubarb simple syrup
Muddled strawberries
Club Soda
Garnish: Lemon / strawberry / mint sprig

Directions:
Muddle strawberries in a cocktail shaker
Add ice
Pour Gin, lemon juice and rhubarb syrup into shaker
Shake until well chilled
Strain over ice into a highball glass
Top with club soda
Garnish
