Smoked Salmon with Crème Fraîche Toasts
Slice a fresh baked baguette into one inch slices. Brush each slice, on both sides, with Olive Oil. Place on the grill and flip when golden brown. Once the second side is golden brown remove from heat and set aside. In a bowl, mix a few sprinkles of Chives, Cumin and a pinch of Sea Salt. Spread each toasted bread slice with Créme Fraîche and a sprinkle of the chive mixture. Top each piece with a thin slice of Salmon and a sprinkle of Parsley for color.
