DAY SEVEN – Frosty the Caramel Apple

  • 12 Cocktails of Christmas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 oz. vodka (we used Ketel One Vodka)
  • 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps (we used Dekuyper Butterscotch Schnapps)
  • 1-1/2 oz. apple cider
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Apple slice for garnish
  • Crushed graham crackers

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. First, rim the lip of a chilled cocktail glass with your crushed graham crackers.
    2. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
    3. Shake well.
    4. Strain into your chilled cocktail glass.
    5. Garnish with an apple slice.

    What better way to celebrate the Christmas countdown with a cocktail a day!
