Chocolate Truffle Cocktail

Chocolate Truffle Cocktail

Prep: 15 min.
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

2 oz. Big Y heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
1 1/2 oz. chocolate-flavored liqueur
2 Tbsp. dark chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
-chocolate shavings
2-3 cherries

Instructions:

Wash hands with soap and water.

Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

In a cocktail shaker, combine cream, vodka, chocolate-flavored liqueur and chocolate syrup. Add ice and shake until blended.

Transfer mixture, including ice, to a blender; blend until smooth. Add more ice to get drink to thick consistency.

Pour into a glass and garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries before serving.

Nonalcoholic version: Replace the amount of alcohol with chocolate milk.
