Apple Cider Sangria

Apple Cider Sangria 

Prep: 20 min.
Chill: 4 hr.
Serves: 8 

3 cups apple cider
1 750–ml bottle red wine
2 Tbsp. orange liqueur, (such as Cointreau)
½ Granny Smith apple, sliced
½ Royal Gala apple, sliced
½ orange, cut into wedges
½ cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup club soda, well chilled 

In a large pitcher, combine apple cider, wine and orange liqueur. Add fruit and chill in the refrigerator for minimum of 4 hours.  Just before serving, stir in club soda.
