Imagine the glass is your canvas and your colors are the myriad spirits and mixers at your disposal. The result could be multi-colored quenchers, prismatic potables and luminous libations. But how to start? Well, fret not. You can concat the next colorful masterpiece using some of the ideas below.

Refreshing. Light. Colorful. Let’s Spritz!

White Wine Mojito Spitzer
¼ cup mint leaves, packed
1 lime, juiced
1 cup sweet Riesling white wine, chilled
½ cup lemon-lime flavored sparkling water, chilled
1 lime, sliced
-handful mint leaves for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine mint leaves and lime juice; muddle until mint leaves are finally crushed. Add wine and shake. Evenly strain mixture into two glasses; add ¼ cup sparkling water to each glass. Add some ice cubes and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves and serve.
