Spiked Watermelon Lemonade

This is the cocktail to convince you that scotch belongs in summer! Refreshing, sweet but perfectly balanced with the deeper, complex notes of scotch.  It’s a drink perfect for cocktail lovers during the hotter days!

1 Serving
45 ml Scots Gold Black Label
6 Watermelon cubes
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
Lemonade
Ice

In a shaker, muddle the watermelon until all the pieces have been crushed.

Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, and the Scots Gold.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

In your cocktail glass, add fresh ice and strain the content of the shaker into your glass.

Serve and enjoy!
