Big Y Dig In -The Big Y Magazine June/July 2018

Chocolate sauce
Graham cracker crumbs
2 oz. chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva®)
2 oz. Big Y half-and-half
1½ oz. marshmallow-flavored vodka
1½ oz. Irish cream liqueur

Place chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs in 2 shallow dishes with openings big enough to fit rim of a martini glass. Dip rim first in chocolate sauce and then in the graham cracker crumbs until thoroughly coated; set aside. 2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, half-and-half, vodka and Irish cream. Shake vigorously until cocktail is combined. Strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow. For more great drink ideas go to www.tableandvine.com
