T&V’s Green Machine 

Our Green Machine is a sparkler made with tequila, jalapeno, honey, and prosecco. Whether you’re enjoying it on Taco Tuesday or for a festive holiday celebration, it won’t disappoint! It’s sweet, spicy, and simple to make. 

Ingredients:  

1-3 jalapeño slices 
1/2 oz lime juice 
1/2 oz honey syrup 
1.5 oz blanco tequila [we used Avion]
1 oz Prosecco [we used Mionetto]
Lime slice and jalapeño slice for Garnish 

Instructions: 

Muddle together lime juice and jalapeno slice(s).
Add mixture to shaker along with tequila and honey syrup. 
Shake and strain* into glass. 
Top with prosecco and garish with jalapeno slice and lime slice.  

*There may be jalapeno seeds in the cocktail after straining. If so, wash out cocktail shaker, pour cocktail back in, and strain again.
