Grapefruit Rosemary Gin Cocktail

Rosemary-Infused Grapefruit Fizz
Prep: 10 min. Serves: 1 

-ice
2 oz. pink grapefruit juice
2 oz. gin (we recommend Gunpowder Gin)
1 oz. rosemary simple syrup (see below)
¼ cup tonic water
1 grapefruit slice
1 rosemary sprig  

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add grapefruit juice, gin and rosemary syrup; shake to combine flavors. Strain into a glass and add tonic and some ice. 

Serve garnished with grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.  

Rosemary Simple Syrup
½ cup water
½ cup Big Y sugar
10 fresh rosemary sprigs 

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, water and rosemary sprigs; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.  

Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes or until room temperature. Remove and discard rosemary sprigs and strain mixture through a fine sieve.  

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
