Tesoro Tropical

Tesoro Tropical

2 parts El Tesoro Blanco tequila
¾ part pineapple and cinnamon syrup
¾ part fresh lime juice
Soda water
2 basil leaves
Basil Leaf for garnish

Add the lime and the basil leaves to a Boston shaker and muddle lightly.
Add ice.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except soda water, in the Boston shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Double strain into a rocks glass filled with new ice.
Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a basil leaf.



Paloma Aleman

Schofferhofer Paloma 2 parts Tequila
1/2 part Lime juice
6 parts Schöfferhofer Grapefruit beer
Salt for rim
Garnish with Lime

In a glass, add tequila, fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt and ice. Top off with Schöfferhofer Grapefruit, stir and garnish with a lime shaving.



Schöfferita

Schofferita 1-1/2 parts Tequila
1/2 part Triple Sec
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
1-1/2 parts Fresh Grapefruit Juice
One bottle of Schöfferhofer Grapefruit beer
Grapefruit Slices
Lime Slices
Jalapeno Slices

Combine the tequila, triple sec, lime and grapefruit juices in an ice filled shaker.
Rub the rim of glass with a slice of grapefruit, dip the glass in salt to rim the glass. Fill with crushed ice.
Pour the margarita into the ice filled glass, garnish with a fruit skewer and enjoy!
