Candy Cane Martini

1 candy cane, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup, for rimming the glasses
1 1/2 oz. whipped cream vodka
1 1/2 oz. white crème de cacao
1 oz. peppermint-flavored liqueur
2 oz. Big Y half-and-half
1 mini candy cane, for garnish
Wash hands with soap and water.
Pour corn syrup into a small shallow dish. Place crushed candy canes into another small shallow dish. Dip rim of martini glass first in the corn syrup, then in the crushed candy canes; set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur and peppermint liqueur; shake to combine. Add half-and-half to the cocktail shaker and swirl to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared glass and garnish with mini candy cane if desired.
Nonalcoholic version: Add 1 tablespoon peppermint syrup to a glass of white hot chocolate.
