PUMPKIN SPICE WHITE RUSSIAN
White Russian cocktails are one of our favorites. They’re easy to make, don’t require a lot of ingredients, and taste delicious! We wanted to elevate the traditional White Russian, and give it a fall-themed twist. If you like pumpkin, you’re going to LOVE this!
Yields: 2 Cocktails
3 ounces (2 shots) vodka [we used Ketel One]
3 ounces (2 shots) pumpkin spice creamer [we used Chobani]
1.5 ounces (1 shot) Kahlua
Whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)
For the Rim:
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon sugar (fine white sugar or sparkling sugar is recommended)
3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers [we used Crav’n]
Mix ingredients for rim on a shallow plate. In a shallow bowl, fill with about 1/4 inch of water. Dip serving glasses in water to coat, then dip into rim mixture. Press to coat.
Pour vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, and kahlua into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake lightly until combined and cold.
Pour cocktail into glasses over ice. Top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice.
