One sip of this cocktail will transport you to the countryside of northern Italy. This drink packs a sweet but balanced punch, immediately quenching your thirst. The flavors of peach and blood orange compliment the warm weather so well – it’ll be difficult to have just one. The Midsummer Sunset will never disappoint! We promise. 

–  2oz Ketel One Peach and Orange Blossom Vodka (Order Now!)
3oz San Pellegrino Blood Orange Sparkling Beverage
5-10 Mint Leaves to taste
Sliced Peach 

 Slice peach. **If serving in a mason jar, add all slices to jar. If serving in a cocktail glass, add slices to cocktail shaker, but reserve a few. 

Add Vodka and mint leaves to mason jar/shaker and shake.

After shaking, add San Pellegrino and lightly stir. 

Serve. **If serving in a cocktail glass, place peach slices and a few additional mint leaves into glass, then pour cocktail over. 

When mixing these cocktails ahead of time to take with you to an event, we recommend making them in a shaker, then straining them into the Mason Jar to prevent dilution. Store these cocktails in a cooler full of ice, then add ice to your jar and give them a quick shake when you’re ready to drink them!
