Pear-fect Berry Cocktail
We’re confident that everyone who tries this cocktail will like it. The sweetness of the pear offsets the tartness of the blackberry, making for a delicious, balanced cocktail. Not only is this one of the prettiest cocktails of the bunch, but it’s also one of the tastiest! Pear–fect to enjoy on any special occasion.
2 parts Pear Vodka [we used Absolut Pear]
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1 part Blackberry Brandy [we used Hiram Walker]
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Blackberries
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the 3 blackberries and simple syrup and muddle well.
Add ice and remaining ingredients.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a blackberry or two and a slice of lemon.
