From margaritas to daiquiris and mojitos to Bloody Marys, these slushy sips are colorful, flavorful and ideal for cooling down on a hot day.

Watermelon Daiquiri
The daiquiri is one of those drinks that takes us to our favorite summer spot with every sip. This watermelon twist is like summertime in a glass.
Prep: 30 min. Serves: 4
3 Tbsp. Big Y sugar
3 Tbsp. water
8 cups seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
8 oz. white rum
2 oz. watermelon-flavored liqueur
4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. fresh orange juice
-watermelon wedges, orange peel twists and mint sprigs for garnish
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar add water; cook for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine watermelon, rum, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, orange juice and 3 tablespoons sugar mixture; blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding additional tablespoon of sugar mixture if desired.
Serve immediately, garnished with a watermelon wedge, orange peel twists and mint sprigs.
Frozen Mojito
Is there a cocktail more refreshing than a frozen mojito? That fresh minty taste goes down smooth and is perfect for hanging out on your patio.
Prep: 40 min. Serves: 4
1/3 cup Big Y sugar
1/3 cup water
4 large limes, juiced
12 mint leaves, torn, plus extra leaves or sprigs for garnish
10 oz. white rum, chilled
4 cups ice
4 lime wedges for garnish
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water; cook for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine ½ cup sugar mixture, lime juice and mint; pulse until well combined. Add rum and ice and pulse until ice is finely crushed and mint is finely chopped.
Serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
Frozen Bloody Mary
When you want to elevate your Bloody Mary, you freeze it. Frosty and flavorful, this drink goes perfectly with your summer brunch.
5 cups your favorite Bloody Mary mix
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1-2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. pickle juice
4-6 dashes hot sauce
1 cup vodka
½ tsp. celery salt
-coarse salt, to rim glass
4 cucumber wedges for garnish
Pour Bloody Mary mix into ice cubes trays; place in the freezer until frozen.
In a blender, combine frozen Bloody Mary cubes and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately in salted-rimmed glasses, garnished with cucumber wedges.
