B-52 Shooter

INGREDIENTS

- ¼ oz. espresso coffee
- ¼ oz. coffee-flavored liqueur
- ½ oz. Irish cream liqueur
- ½ oz. orange-flavored liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl combine espresso and coffee liqueur; pour into a 2-ounce shot glass.
- Using the back of a teaspoon spoon, slowly pour Irish cream over spoon to layer it on top of the coffee liqueur; repeat process with orange liqueur.
Espresso Martini
Prep: 5 min.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vanilla-flavored vodka
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. espresso
chocolate-covered espresso beans for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with espresso beans.
Salted Caramel White Russian
Prep: 10 min. Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. caramel syrup
-coarse salt
2 oz. Big Y heavy cream
1½ oz. caramel vodka
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. brewed coffee, cold
INSTRUCTIONS
Drizzle caramel syrup into bottom of a rocks glass and sprinkle a pinch of salt over top; fill with ice.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add cream, vodka, coffee liqueur and coffee; shake well to combine. Pour into prepared rocks glass and serve.
Wild Amour Coffee
Prep: 10 min.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Wild-Arbor cream liqueur
4 oz. black coffee
1 oz. Amaretto liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a glass coffee mug and stir until combined.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
