50 ml Scots Gold Red Label
50 ml Earl Grey Tea
25 ml Lemon juice
1 Orange wedge
In a highball glass with ice, combine all the ingredients (except the ginger beer).
Stir until the ingredient is well combined and the glass is cold.
Top up the remainder of the glass with ginger beer.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
