1 jar Devils Fire Berkshire Wine Jelly – Shop Berkshire Wine Jellies Here
1 cup of your favorite Barbecue sauce
Combine Devil’s Fire Wine Jelly and Barbecue Sauce in a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat stirring until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth.
Follow cooking instructions for any meats to be grilled – Beef or Pork Ribs, Pork Loin, Pork or Beef Roast, Chicken or Turkey Parts, even Shellfish
Can be used as a marinade 1-2 hours before grilling, or brush on just before and after grilling. Serve as a dipping sauce.
For a Milder Barbecue Sauce substitute our Pinot Noir Coffee Date Wine Jelly in place of Devils Fire Wine Jelly.
