Callia Malbec & Beet Gnocchi

A delicious and easy-to-prepare recipe for an ideal moment.

2 Beets
1 Cup flour
1 Potato
Salt and Pepper
Callia Malbec (Order now for curbside pick up in our West Springfield location)

Boil the potato and the beets together. Mash the potato and the beets.

Scrape the mix on a work surface and add one egg, salt, pepper and 1⁄2 cup of flour in the middle. Mix gently and add the rest of the flour gradually.

Knead and cut the dough into cubes. Boil water and cook the gnocchi for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with the sauce you prefer, and don’t forget to pair this dish with a nice glass of Callia Malbec!


Callia Malbec & Ribeye Steak

1 Rib Eye Steak
1/4 Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Baby Potatoes
Salt, pepper, and oil
Rosemary

Sauté the cherry tomatoes in a wok with salt and oil. Boil the baby potatoes until they are cooked.

Remove the potatoes from heat, mash them with
a spoon and add salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place them in a baking sheet and roast them for 30 minutes until golden brown.Cook the rib eye steak in a grill until you reach the desired cooking point. Add salt and pepper to season and plate. Pair with a glass of Callia Malbec. Enjoy!
