Cinnamon Cream Martini

Serves: 1
½ Tbsp. Big Y ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
1 Tbsp. Big Y pure honey, for rimming glass
3 oz. Irish cream liqueur (we used Bailey’s)
2 oz. cinnamon-flavored whiskey (Foggy Mountain is our favorite!)
1 oz. vanilla vodka (we used V One)
1 oz. soymilk
Place ground cinnamon on a shallow plate and honey on another shallow plate. Dip rim of glass in honey and then in cinnamon; set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, add ice. Add Irish cream liqueur, whiskey, vodka and milk; shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with additional ground cinnamon.
