Black Velvet
2 oz. Stout Beer (such as Guinness), well chilled
Splash Crème de Cassis
Ice cubes
4 oz. Prosecco, well chilled
Slowly pour beer into an 8-ounce glass; top with cassis and some ice. Add Prosecco by pouring into glass over a bar spoon and serve.
