Hi.

I’m the Corporate Wine Buyer for Big Y Foods and Table & Vine.

In 2001, I began my career with Big Y Foods, Inc. as a part time member of the Table & Vine Division. After two years of displaying a serious passion for wine, I was promoted to Wine Department Sales Manager.

In late 2008, I had made the decision to leave Table & Vine to pursue an opportunity on the supplier side of the industry. After calling on the many stores and restaurants up and down the valley, Michael realized there is simply nothing as impressive as Table & Vine. He also knows there are many wines that Table & Vine has access to that many stores never even see. This allows Table & Vine to truly be a unique shopping destination offering customers wines they just can’t find anywhere else. So, after spending 4 years learning the business side of the trade and realizing everything that Table & Vine has to offer, I decide to head on back. This time as the Associate Wine Buyer for the company.

With the growth of our satellite Table & Vine locations into seven of our Big Y World Class Markets, it was time to have a Corporate Wine Buyer for the Big Y locations and the Flagship Table & Vine and I was offered this new position.

My favorite wines include smoky Syrahs of the Northern Rhône, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, and white wines of The Loire Valley and New Zealand. That being said, I  would never say no to a well-aged Bordeaux. I love finding the newest values of the world and sharing them with customers.
